Product Questions

Is your products Gluten-Free?

Absolutely! All our products are Gluten-Free.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of all our products are 24 month.

We try to send out product with as long as possible before the best before date to give you enough time to take & enjoy your product, however, this does depend on levels of stock. There may be some cases where you receive an item with 3 months until the Best Before End date.

If you receive any product with a shelf-life of less than 3 months, or in the case of single items, less than 1 month, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you.

Can I sample the different products?

Soon! We are currently working on getting sample packages together.

Order & Delivery Questions

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over 75€. If your order is under 75€, a delivery fee of 5-15€ will be charged depending on the destination.

We ship from within Europe so you don’t need to worry about taxes and customs duties.

How do I get free shipping?

All orders over 75€ will have free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to dispatch?

Orders will dispatch within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

What countries or regions do you ship to?

We ship to all European countries.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Any unopened products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Take a look at our Refund Policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our fulfilment team works really quickly to get your orders picked and packed so we only have a short window where we can cancel an order.

If you will email us via email (between 9am and 5pm CET) we will do our best to ensure this is cancelled.

Affiliates & Ambassadors

How do I join an affiliate campaign?

At the moment, our Affiliate campaign is not done yet, but it will be launched very soon, stay in touch!

How do I become an ambassador?

You can send us your request including your social media links to our email info@bulkform.eu and our team will reply and review your application within 48 hours.

Please note that if your social media channels are private, we won’t be able to review your application.
